Returns & Refunds

Because ROCC Balm is a personal care product, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund any time before your order has shipped. Once a pre-order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
