Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Pre-Orders

ROCC Balm pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before your order has shipped.

To cancel your pre-order, please contact us at hello@roccbalm.com and include your name and order number.

Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Our standard Refund Policy will apply to any return or refund requests after shipment.

Refunds for canceled pre-orders will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card provider additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
